HAYLE, South West in Bloom
Urban Community, SILVER-GILT |
| |
A very accomplished and well-organised entry with strong community involvement. The community is in the process of rebuilding and enhancing the local community from a position of general neglect to the current position of achievement and optimism. The judges would expect Hayle to be increasingly successful with their entry in the future. |
